New Found FAV! mark Glow Xpert Face Shimmer
Mark Glow Xpert Face Shimmer…
Product description from Meet Mark Website: Instantly brighten any complexion with this light-reflecting, sheer, shimmering lotion. Can be worn alone or mixed with moisturizer or foundation. Includes our Xpert sponge tip applicator. 0.4 fl. oz.
The Good:
mark Glow Xpert Face Shimmer totally reminds me of the new Mac Cosmetics Lustre Drops from the Style Warriors.
The colors may not be dead on but the idea is very similar. they come in five great shades.
Three of the shades which are listed below and swatched below.

Colors are in same order in photo as well as swatches.
1- Champagne Glow- has a really pale shimmer to it. Its so light and soft. This could definitely be worn daily! 2- Rose Glow- I think this one might be my favorite. It definitely reminds me of the new MAC Pink Rebel Lustre Drop
3- Golden Glow- The Name couldn’t be more perfect!! I think this is gorgeous for summer. I cant wait to add this to my cheeks for a super bronzy look…
There are two other shades which I didn’t purchase. Candle Glow and Sun Glow Both probably better suited for darker skin tones than my NW15 self! (mac foundation)
I truly believe that any of these are great additions to your daily routine! At at $8.00 for a bottle, Who can argue?

The Bad:
The packaging for these are a little disappointing. I mean its definitely strong and durable. I’m sure the design is convenient for some.. But for the makeup savvy this container doesn’t make much sense.
The product comes out on a sponge tip when you open the container. I definitely will not use the sponge to apply. I am going to look for something to transfer these into for easier usage. for now I will probably have to keep pouring a bit out to mix or apply. But for the price. This is something I can deal with. Has Anyone else tried these? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences…. xoxo, MS:)

Dang. These do look like the lustre drops. I might try one! Thanks for the review!

Thanks so much for reading! I really like them I have been using them most days on top of my foundation before bronzer and blush! If you try one out let me know what you think!

maybe you can replace the icky sponge tip with a brush like Benefit's High Beam/Moon Beam?

@Lizzard- Agreed! Good idea. I have been just dipping a brush in it. So far so good!

Hey I've been looking at this product too and it was great to hear what you thought about it.. what would you say about the difference between this and Benefit's High Beam/Moon Beam? I've been looking at the one too and was wondering if they even do the same thing, or which is better.
Thanks!

@LM- Hi Thanks for the comment! I havent used the benefit products so I am not sure how they compare. From what I know they are created to do the same job. I really like the effect the mark ones give on the skin. Pretty glow! THe powder on top does fade out the affect a fit. So I use a finishing powder vs a heavy powder when I wear them. I hope this helped!
