Reunited!
I raced to the airport last night to pick up my beautiful daughter from a week away in Florida with her Grandma and friends. This past week had gone by a bit slow for me and I couldn’t wait to see her! After her sleeping on the plane- a more than 5 hour flight, We were up till one in the morning looking at pictures of her trip, hearing stories of places see had been and her favorite, checking out the items she had purchased, lol. Like mother like daughter, right? haha.
After visiting the Globe at Epcot, Seeing amazing animals at the Wild Animal park, Meeting more charterers than she had ever seen at Disney World and much, much more she was ready to be home. At the end of the night her final thought was, “Everything was fun mom, but Florida is just to hot and they have lightning there, I don’t think I will need to go back” it was funny to me cause it really made me think. I have never seen a lightning storm since we lived in California. Growing up in Idaho it seems lightning came with almost every rain.
We now have to spend the upcoming week preparing for her 7th birthday party which is at the beginning of August and also continue catching up on time missed so you probably wont hear much from me in the next few days.

oh gosh she's a doll! she looks so much like mama, i love florida i'm glad she had a good time and you two stayed up talking about her trip. Happy early 7th Birthday, she must be so excited!!! do you plan to have a theme to the party or will this be somewhere fun like rollerskating?

@Lizzard- Thank you!
Shes so much fun! For her birthday she either wants to go to bowling or swimming. I think the swim party will win though! I will give her your wishes! Thank you!
@VexintheCity- Thank you! Yes it was a lovely evening! im so glad to have her back!
@Mama Jen- It gets a bit easier as she gets older. Since she was with her grandma I worried even less! Once she can talk and tell you everything, it really helps your comfort level!
@Rai, @Michelle @JooLee @ Iva @Tiff- Thank you!!

You know that is one of the main reasons I decided not to go back to work, because I was scared to take her to daycare. They can't tell us if they are being mistreated…or i could just being a paranoid mother lol
