Victoria Secret’s Lipstick “Lip Swatches” and Review
Here are a few more pictures and lip swatches of the Victoria’s Secret Lipsticks I purchased.
Check out the lip swatches below of Light it up, Hot Spot and Femme.
After wearing each of the textures, here are my thoughts and review:
The Perfect lipstick has great pigmentation. It goes on very thin and doesn’t feel heavy at all. It doesn’t really soak in like other lipsticks Im use to. Alot of the color came off on my drink but when I looked in the mirror all the color was still there.
Matte Cream lipstick is nice. I wore Femme first. It took a few coats to get this to cover up my lips. The texture was very thin but left a nice finish. I think lip erase is a must before trying this again. It wore quite a while and wasn’t at all drying.
Sparkling Lipstick- this is the texture I thought I would like the least and I think I like it the most of all. The color I bought was Light it Up. The glitter is gold and so fine. It looks so pretty on. Its crazy how the light reflects on it. I couldn’t even get a clear picture on my camera it was blinding.
Overall Opinion- These are all beautiful. Colors are fabulous. If I were to compare them to anything else I have tried they would remind me the most in texture of NYX lipsticks. Super thin and wet on the lips. With that said. I dont think I would pay $12.00 for another one… half price sale? I might pick up a few more:)

oh no..i want them all.. i really love Femme…ive been wanting to add to my nude lip collection..i really don't have to many. thank you for the swatches they look so yummy..i must make a trip to VS soon.

Thanks for review and pictures. I picked up melt. I really like it. But what i hated most is their in store lighting and i thought the lipstick was a beige tone and turned out to be very pink when i got out. Still like the formulation, only thing is i wouldnt have paid 12 bucks. I just got super excited thinking that i found my perfect nude.

I love vs,wish we had it in the UK

sara sara sara! you got so many! aren't the colors beautiful and the formula is so light and moisturizing but absolutely zero staying-power. what do you expect from a company who specializes in lingerie? lol
don't try their eyeshadow quads, the texture is creamy to the touch but lays on your face like cornstarch. the one i bought in ny, i returned.

I am so jealous. My victoria secret has a personal vendetta against me and refuses to restock their cosmetics. i love hotspot. its definetly hott. you should check out my fave lipgloss is rumor a pretty pinky coral totally gorge. If i can't enjoy it there's no reason you can't
love.
