I think I think they would be the same... But the mineral one is the one I used and had success with. The Liner Sealer sounds more like a product to use mineral poweders as shadows. I dont have oily lids so I cant say for sure exactly how it will compare. I wore it the whole day and did not have any problems with creasing...
