I really tend to avoid posting to much about MAC Cosmetics upcoming or launched collections. Not because I don’t love them, Because I do… I just feel that many other bloggers cover most of the details and I hate posting what you have read a few dozen times already.
However the collection MAC in HD I thought I would mention a couple of the items that were relaunched because I love them so much!
With the MAC in High Def collection launched 4 new lipstick shades. 3 of which were lustres (which I am not much of a fan- only because I prefer full color) and 1 amplified crème. All very pretty. But none I felt I “needed” in my collection. Mac Face and Body Foundation, Mineralize Skinfinish Natural, and Brushes 187 and 188 were also relaunched as part of this collection.

1. MAC Face and Body- This happened to be an item that I looked over time and time again when visiting MAC. Because it was a permanent item I never felt there was an immediate need to check it out. I finally bought this around 6 months or more ago and since then I don’t know how I ever lived with out it! This foundation is light on the skin and can be worn alone fabulously. Being the pale chic that I am it has saved many of my too dark foundations or bronzers from hitting the trash. I am able to mix Face and Body in with just about anything to change the texture or sometimes color. Love this stuff!

2. MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural- This stuff is another fabulous product. I love wearing this powder over Face and Body (because its so light in texture on the skin) or even on top of a tinted moisturizer. It keeps me looking fresh during the summer and doesn’t melt off my face in the hot California sun!

3. MAC 187 Duo Fibre Brush- (Skunk Brush) This brush deserves all the hype that it gets! I own about 3 of these. I use one daily for my foundation, one for bronzer and for moisturizer. It really does help with the buffed and polished look and applies as light or heavy as I need it too! The 188 is a smaller version of this but I don’t find myself reaching for it that often. Sometimes to touch up around the eyes where the 187 couldn’t reach.
