Going Back to the Beginning… FOTD

Author: So if you haven’t noticed I have been in a makeup SLUMP. I have been un interested in using makeup, buying makeup and all that. Crazy right? How is that possible? I know. just as shocked as you are over here. So I been trying to force myself to fall in love with some old products since I have been uninterested in the new. This does have its benefits. Heaven knows I have to much I need to use!
One of my favorite mac collections ever was Smoke Signals and Blue Storm that came out about the same time. This was also around the same time I fell in love with MAC. So I decided to go back and play with some blue storm colors. I broke out MAC Blue Storm eyeshadow, Stormwatch (love) Mutiny (naughty nauticals) and chartreuse pigment.
It was really fun to play with these colors I hadn’t used in a while. I am already thinking about the “vintage” shadows I will break out tomorrow!

Anyways! BEAUTIFUL look! How do you get mutiny to work so well? I find mine is chunky. Maybe I need a mixing medium. It's soo pretty though.
Soemthings basic is better! You could totally spruce that up easily with a top or bottom lash line color pop, maybe violet or something… Ooolala!! Or sparkles, you know me. lol…
