Too Faced Refreshing Eye Brightening Pencil

Submitted by Sara on January 30, 2010 – 9:48 pmNo Comment

I love the Too Faced Refreshing Eye Brightning Pencil. I love the feeling when this hits the skin. Its cold to touch and really does sink in like a refreshing drink! Too Faced describes this product as,Like a refreshing drink of water for the delicate eye area Mineral Water eye brightening pencil was created using more than 35% actual mineral water. Cool to the touch this one-color-fits-most eye brightener adds an inner light to banish dark circles and instantly gives you the appearance of having had a restful 8 hours sleep! Our exclusive formula de-puffs improves skin’s firmness elasticity and circulation while it provides the perfect canvas for makeup of all types. Mineral makeup with a Too Faced twist.

I promise I said refreshing drink on my own. haha. I just realized that was the exact site description as I posted, But either way it couldn’t be more true. I love the cool refreshing feeling when applied.

Here are a few swatches just so you can see the color comparison between some similar products. Swatches of the “Too Faced Refreshing Eye Brightening Pencil” “MAC Studio Sculpt Pencil” and MAC Sculpt and Shape Conceal our.  The Too Faced product definitely feels different than the others going on. But works similarly. Even though the color appears darker in the swatch it blends in effortlessly and works fine with my skin tone.
