Trader Joe’s Nourish Spa Balance Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner

Submitted by Sara on January 31, 2010 – 2:07 am6 Comments

I was talking to Tish (Founder of Lovelifelipstick.net) and she was telling me about a natural shampoo and conditioner that I should try called “Trader Joe’s Nourish Spa Balance Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner.” I went to the store to check them out and when I saw a price tag of $2.98 my initial thought was, ” How could this stuff work?” But based on reviews and what information  Tish had given me I knew I had to give it a try!Let me tell you, after trying this combo I would have paid $22.98 a bottle- maybe more!

I have been using this on my daughters and my hair for the last couple weeks and honestly I have no interest in trying anything else.  I have thick dark hair. Pretty Average, not to dry. My daughter has thick dark heavy naturally curly hair. Even after just the first use our hair felt extremely  soft and shinny. It also took forever to dry which for me is a great sign of being extra moisturized!

Unfortunately, Trader Joes doesn’t sell online so if you are not close to one there are a few sellers selling on ebay and amazon. But if you have an opportunity  definitely give this a try. This is now and forever my holy grail shampoo and conditioner of all times!

Tried it? Tell me your thoughts?

I am so excited to see someone else rave about this duo! I first tried these about a year and a half ago and have repurchased them over and over. They are the perfect “rotate” shampoo/conditioner for me. I like to switch up every other shampoo with these to prevent buildup.
