MAC Fabulous Felines- Palace Pedigree – Swatches, Review and FOTD
At first site, Palace Pedigree was the quad that I was least interested in. In fact I skipped it with my initial purchase and ended up going back a couple days later to pick it up. I do think that the colors in this quad are very dupable. I probably already have shadows very similar… but… I do love the combination of colors and the convenience of the quad. I have already used this 3 times since I got it and have found it so easy to create multiple different looks each time. The shadows are smooth and apply easily. This item will definitely get much love from me.

I usually buy from all MAC collections but I don’t post for you often swatches from the collections because I feel like you have seen them all already from so many sources. But on this collection since I love the quads so much I am posting about them all anyway to give them the attention I think they deserve.
Courtly, Palace Pedigreed, Quite Spolied, Russian Blue swatches from the Palace Pedigree eyeshadow quad.

Awesome quad, they are all beautiful. Great that its so easy to create multiple looks too. Wish I had the money to buy from MAC but its just not in my expenses

I know what you mean! They are pretty! But its easy to find pretty for less! I have been just as happy with less expensive items!!

The look you created is beautiful, Sara, but I think I’m with you on the notion that all those colors are easily dupable…actually, I’m fairly certain I have colors very similar to all four of those. Geez, I wish they’d come out with something stunningly original.
Have all the colors of the rainbow been made already?

Hi Missy!! hahah! Yes all the colors have been made already! thats why they just keep rearranging the colors in appealing ways to trick our eyes!
The quad is gorgeous. But you are right. Similer items are probably already in your traincase!

They DO seem to just rearrange things, huh? Ugh. Well, you know, if that’s what they’re going to do, it’d be nice if they’d just repromote the colors that they know everyone adores…the ones that make us hate MAC for taking them away. =-\

Wow that’s one nice palette there! I like the dark violet best. Would love to own some Mac make up one day but for now they’re out of my budget. My favourite eyeshadow palette is the limited edition 10 shade palette Warm & Toasty 02 from Revlon.

Its really pretty! that color is my favorite too!! I have already seen so many great looks with this quad. I know they do look a little diffrent. I try to post as close to real life as possible, The color diffrence is funny. But the swatches to me, look the same as in real life, lol… on my computer screen anyway!

I actually liked this palette the most! I didn’t feel like going to store because I knew I would buy unnecessairly, so I figured I would just chose something that stood out the most to me – and this was it! I really like this one, it’s perfect for fall – I think. Only used once though!!

I am with you. I have the hardest time saying no once I am there. Abstinance works better! I wear these colors alot. So I hope to get alot of use! Plus you probably already have similer colors! So you did good!

Russian Blue is the kind of colour that I normally go for, as I have brown eyes and very dark brown hair. The swatch looked sort of greyish on my monitor though.
