Tarte Cosmetics Summer 2011- EmphasEYES™ Aqua-gel (Stick) Eyeliner swatches
New EmphasEYES™ Aqua-gel Eyeliner from Tarte Cosmetics. Part of their New Summer collection! Not just any stick liner here. An amazing waterproof liner made with amazonian clay. I would also like to know if coal happens to be one of the ingredients because these liners are pigmented and intense! The Black Is BLACK and on my waterline lasted all day. When I went to remove the liner it was just as black in the evening as it was when I first applied it! I love it!

Eye liner can befuddling.It makes your eyes totally irresistible and even looks attractive, however they are steps which can make your eyeliner mark your eyelids perfectly right.
