The best part about a pedicure is silky smooth feet. I hate feeling thick skin on my heels and toes and have always hated that I cant to get rid of it until my next visit to the salon. I try to smooth out the rough areas with pumice stones and they may work for a few minutes but then they wear down and are useless before the job is ever even done.
I recently received a new tool from Emjoi. Honestly it looked cool in the box but I wasnt even sure how much use I would get out of it. Please listen carefully. I am so in love with this item and the only frustrating part about it is that I can never find it when I need it. My husband takes it and uses it constantly and I have to go searching for it at that time. Last time it was gone for a couple weeks! I have sense hidden it to insure It remains taken care of and he can now only borrow it under close supervision.
I took a trip to visit my family this summer when I first got the Mico Pedi and brought it with me. My mom has terrible skin on her feet. She is always trying different tricks to soften the skin and get rid of it but she never seems to have to much success with it. She tried the Micro Pedi and the thick skin she has always put so much effort into removing disappeared almost instantly.
The Micro Pedi works almost like a small sander. The circular barrel that spins around shaves the extra skin down easily and without pain. Even if you put the Micro Pedi against a thinner piece of skin it doesn’t hurt. It only removes the dry portion from your feet. The product comes with two barrels one being more coarse and the other less course. Once these ware down replacement pieces are available for purchase.

Fresh in from a rapturous reception in the U.K., where it sold 10,000 units on QVC in less than 24 hours (this was a sell-out) and met with universally glowing reviews, the Emjoi® Micro-Pedi which you are, we hope, now holding in your hands is all set to change the home pedicure landscape forever—starting this month, when your followers will be able to buy it online at http://www.emjoi.com/detail/EMJ+AP-3RP for $39.95. Beginning September, It will reach retail stores like Sally Beauty (with its 2700 shops), Ulta and others.
This ingenious and innovative little device removes dry, rough, hardened, callused skin from the soles of feet in no more than a few seconds, leaving them soft, supple and beautiful for summer and year-round comfort. It does all this without pain, without the risk of nicks and cuts from metal scraper blades, without any of the hygiene concerns of having a pedicure at a spa, and, unlike a manually wielded pumice, loofah or non-automatic product, entirely effortlessly (apart from the chore of inserting the batteries—and, as we said in the intro, in the case of the sample, we have taken care of that for you!).
The business end of the Emjoi® Micro-Pedi consists of a unique roller—there’s a choice of coarse (magenta) or extra coarse (blue) for customized results—that spins at an amazing 30 times a second. This comes encased in a body that features a super-comfortable ergonomic handle for effortless use. “UK consumers reacted with prodigious enthusiasm to the Micro-Pedi,” said Tim Farrell–National Sales Manager for Emjoi. “We already knew we had a great product, but that confirmed it. Now we are confident that American consumers will be just as keen to get their hands on a unique item that can make their lives so much easier and is cost efficient versus spa appointments.”
