Drink lots of water – Water is your friend and your body needs it. Our bodies are made up mostly of water and we lose that water through sweating, urinating, crying, and normal body operations. It is important to replace this water to ensure the proper functioning of your body and also so your skin will remain hydrated and radiant.

Exercise – Exercise is not just for those who want to lose weight or keep weight off. It is also necessary for your overall health. Your body needs regular exercise to keep it fit and to keep your muscles and joints going. When your body is healthy and strong, you will look and feel beautiful and strong.

Don’t sleep with your makeup on – We are all guilty of this. We are too tired or too lazy to take off our makeup before bed. Ideally, we should be washing our faces twice a day – meaning once at night before bed. Sleeping with your makeup on can cause skin problems and infections. So, try to at least remove your makeup before hitting the pillow.

Moisturize – Moisturizer is important during all seasons. Your skin needs moisture to stay elastic and firm. It is vitally important to moisturize during winter to keep your skin from getting wrinkly because of dryness. Your moisturizer should also be your sun protection, so choose one that has SPF in it.
