I have been so good about staying out of the collection hype with all of the mac cosmetics launches the past few months, but with my new found blush obsession I fell prey to these beautiful creatures.

I know you all never feel sorry for me when I complain about this freezing california weather (lol) I am forced to suffer though the past few months. But today like what is begining to be the norm was a cold morning! Stealing hubbies sweatshirts to wear out to the car and on my way into work has turned into a daily occurance. Now if Rick is missing any article of clothing I automatically get the stern, “where is it” eye.

Before leaving the house I was dreaming of summer as I applied my bronzey summer look  and then “woke up” and headed outside ( bundled in an oversize sweater) into the dreaded pouring rain… Read the rest of this entry »

I stayed up late last night and caught up on some favorite you tube videos. Doing this also inspired me to play with some color.

I have so much fun with bright colors but have been going though a very neutral phase lately.

 I decided to pull out the pigments and  have a little fun.

On my eye I used mac Bare Canvas Paint, Gesso eyeshadow (Highlight), MAC Teal pigment (lid) Ben Nye Azalea (crease) MAC Grape ( inner crease) and Bobby Brown Black gel liner. For those of you wondering, YES I got my brows done today! Sometimes the weekend doesn’t come soon enough!

On my lips is some more Lady Gaga Lipstick topped with Lavenderwind Gloss. This has got to be an all time favorite pinky lip combination for me! Read the rest of this entry »

I picked up Mac Bubblegum and Viva Glam Gaga today while I was out shopping. I have really been going though a neutral lip phase so these were just what the doctor ordered.
