New Product from Nyx – Lip Lacquer Pots!

How yummy do the new Lip Lacquer Pots from NYX look? Upcoming March 2010 we will have the opportunity to check them out in 12 great shades! I cant wait to see the payoff of these new beauties. I am not a huge fan of Lip pots in reality though. But for great color sacrifices can be made!

NYX I dream of Jamaica Palette FOTD and Review
I bought a bunch of these palettes a while back when they launched, and like most makeup items I purchase I get so wraped up in buying it takes a minute before working them into the rountine. When I swatched all the palettes I really liked the texture alot. I felt they were smooth and vibrant and nothing about them disspointed me.
Today I used the I dream of Jamaica palette. Its definitly a super palette for anyone. Great for the perfect day to night look. Easy day time neutral eye and then turn around and smoke it out for an evening look. no extra colors needed.
In the swatches the colors look more shimmery then they are. When wearing them they were pigmented but suble pops of color. Smooth and blendable. This color combination is fabulous and I can see myself using it over and over.
Have you tried any of the NYX Palettes? What are your thoughts?

CONTEST REMINDER and Revisiting the Past….Well Past Posts That is…
Contest Starts today! Secrets… Secrets.. I love secrets! 
I remember when I first started my blog I was constantly posting so much just to get the site up and rolling! Posting, posting… readers or not! … I know when I start to read new blogs its really hard to go back and catch up on past posts so in the spirt of the Secret Contest I decided to link to some past posts for you to browse in my absence! Lipstick Queen- I found a store close by that carrys the entire Lipstick Queen collection. I met the owner of the store who was so nice! I hung out and swatched the entire line!
Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics- I got sucked into the hype of OCC makeup and ordered a few colors to test out! There are some thoughts and lip swatches here! Also see how they compare to MAC Pro Lipmix here!! BTW- I just orderded some new colors so when I am back more on these!
NYX Palettes- So pretty and Cheap! Check out all the palettes I found for an amazing deal! P.S The link under the picture shows swatches!!
